Wordpress Can't Be Used to Earn Money

I have just seen wordpress page. I have a goal to make my next blog as the secondary blog, and also to earn money. I read it until finished. By the way, I was very excited after seen the last page, like this.

I think, I must undone this project, and should find another hosting to continue.
